Guarantee

Biocycle Systems guarantees to repair or replace any part of the system requiring repair or replacement due to defective manufacture, provided Biocycle is given notice of the problem within 24 hours of the customer being aware of the problem.

The Biocycle System is guaranteed for ten years from the date of the agreement, except for defects in the mechanical/electrical components and irrigation points. These parts are guaranteed for two years or the earlier of either commissioning date or 3 months from the date of installation.
